AUTHOR

The author is Bradley Lightbody an experienced FE practitioner and the Director of Training with Collegenet. Bradley Lightbody has enjoyed a 27 career in Further Education with 19 of those years in management positions related to Sixth Form, Adult Education, Learning Resources, Quality, Learning Development and Teacher Training including PGCE. Bradley's main academic subject is History. His latest history publication, aimed at all students and general readers of history, is The Second World War: Ambitions To Nemesis . The book was published by Routledge in June 2004 and details the territorial ambitions that led to the outbreak of the Second World War and charts the course of the war through the key themes Outbreak, Advance, Expansion, Containment, Contraction, Rout and Nemesis. It offers a comprehensive overview of the entire war and provides a very clear summary of a very complex history for A-Level, university students and the general reader.
